The service charge statement is often the most disputed document of the year. We prepare it from the building’s accounts, invoice by invoice, so that it is accurate and verifiable.
Our method
- Each invoice is split when entered between recoverable costs and the owner’s costs.
- Ancillary costs are charged as provided in the lease, no more and no less.
- Advance payments are compared with actual costs and adjusted for the next period.
- Supporting documents are filed and ready if a tenant asks to consult them.
